Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This refund policy is for users who have problems with the order, product and package. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of items being returned. We will make an effort to provide the best service to all users. To better solve the return, refund and/or exchange issue please review the content in this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unmarked and in the same condition that you received it.

What you need to provide:

A. Photos/videos of the damaged item. Please send us the materials to prove the damage.

B. Email with the name, date and details of the issue.

C. Where applicable, tracking number of the item that was returned. If you ask for a return of the item, you need to send the tracking number to prove that you returned it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Personal/intimate items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the of your refund decision.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

How to request a refund:

Please note that:

The money will be refunded to the original payment channel (credit card, PayPal, etc ). Or it will be refunded to your account balance; you can use the balance to pay for new orders.

Refund Options

1. Damaged Products

If the arrived product is damaged, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

2. Incorrect or Missing Products

The supplier will check every product before delivery, however, if any of the following circumstances occur, we offer a full refund or replacement:

  • Incorrect product
  • Products with the wrong color, size, etc
  • Product with a missing component

If you have any questions about size, please provide photos of the measurement. Make sure that you measure the item in the correct method. You can send the result to our customer service and we will deal with it asap.

3. Products Out of Stock

In the unlikely evident an item is purchase that is no longer available, a full refund will be made. We will notify you and make a refund or replacement.

4. Products Unable to Ship

Full refund if the product cannot be shipped due to limited transportation, natural disaster, etc. We will notify you in time and make the refund.

5. Delayed Orders

A full refund if the order is delayed beyond the reasonable expected time. It will be counted from the date that the package leaves the supplier’s warehouse.

  • In normal circumstances, more than 30 days.
  • In the busy season, more than 40 days, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.
  • In unforeseen circumstances, such as epidemics etc, the date will be different. Please pay attention to our notification email and message.

Please note that:

a. For orders shipped to the USA and Jamaica, item(s) will be refunded if the total shipping time more than 30 days.

b. For special orders requested outside of the USA and Jamaica, such as Canada, and the UK, item(s) will be refunded if the total shipping time more than 60 days.

c. Order delay caused by delivery pending, such as an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, may not be refunded.

6. Cancel Orders

A full refund if the order is canceled before the product is shipped. But we will not offer a refund if the following circumstances exist:

  • If the product was personalized/customized.
  • If the orders include Branding Project. These products cannot be canceled after 48 hours of payment.

7. Missing Packages

A full refund if the package is missing during delivery.

8. Other Conditions

A warranty is offered on most products. The warranty period is 30 days from the day of receipt of the product. After 30 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your payment method again.

Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refund@satykdesign.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may not be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchange@satykdesign.com and send your item to the address provided by the third-party supplier.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit/refund to your payment method for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to later give to you (gift receiver), we will send a refund to the gift giver/purchaser.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by the third-party supplier or shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, depending on the circumstance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items delivered to Jamaica, item(s) must be returned to SatykDesign Limited in keeping with the return policy. Send email to refundcaribbean@satykdesign.com following which instructions will be provided for the safe return of item. Refund will be process in accordance with the return policy.
