Satyk Design Limited operates the satykdesign.com website. This online platform provides an avenue for customers that is searching for products that befits their personality.

This Sales Agreement sets out the conditions of each sale of products on the satykdesign.com website. This contract of sale conducted on the website is considered as a legal agreement between the purchaser and an authorized third-party supplier of Satyk Design Ltd.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy as well as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy and/or in this Agreement.

Contract of Sale

Satyk Design Ltd. must receive full payment for the product(s) that you order before the order can be processed. Once payment has been received, we will provide confirmation of your order on the website and/or via email provided. Confirmation of the order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and the supplier.

The sale of goods will be considered completed on delivery of the product.

Price

The website will set out the cost related to the purchase of the product in the payment section of the web portal. In some circumstances, the price may include tax and shipping cost. In cases where the shipping cost is not included you will be notified at check-out or stated in terms of total sales price.

Delivery Service

The shipment of product(s) will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

The delivery charge will vary depending on the size, the weight of the package and the delivery location. Also, depending on your desired delivery location, it might not be possible for your order to be delivered to that location so arrangement for picking up at a convenient location will have to be made by the purchaser.

To aid the timely delivery of products, Customers will be expected to ensure the address and telephone number provided are accurate for timely delivery of goods.

In the evident the product(s) is not delivered on time please contact the Satyk Design Ltd via email at customer@satykdesign.com.

The sale of goods is considered complete when goods have been delivered. Once goods have been accepted when delivered to you, risk liability is transferred to you, and Satyk Design Limited will not be liable for loss or destruction thereafter.

Shipping Service

Shipping is currently available for the following locations: Jamaica and United States. The cost to ship to these locations will be stated on the Checkout page, however additional fees may be levied by the courier company for taxes or customs fees on delivery. The supplier should be contacted to ensure smooth and safe delivery of goods.

Cancellation of Order

Goods procured via the website from a supplier may be canceled at any time up to twenty-four (24) hours after being ordered without providing any reason for cancellation. However, in the event the good(s) was delivered, cancellation may not be possible. Additionally, cancellation may not be possible under the following condition:

• Where the goods in question are made to the consumer’s specifications, that is, a personalized purchase. Understandably, it would be difficult to cancel such an order once it is processed.
• Any other reasonable reason not stated herein.

To cancel your contract, you must send notification in writing via email or any other written method in accordance with the supplier’s sales policy. If there are any issue, Satyk Design Ltd. must be contacted at customer@satykdesign.com

Cancellation by Satyk Design Ltd.

Satyk Design reserves the right to cancel any sale, if:

• There is insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
• Delivery to your required location is not feasible for reasons such as hurricane, flooding, road network issues, violence, or any other reasonable reason.
• One or more of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error
• Any other reason not specified above

In the event that cancellation is effected by Satyk Design, there shall be no liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement for any: (i) lost revenues, profits, savings or goodwill; or (ii) indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, in relation to the cancellation of the sale, other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible or within 30 days of your cancellation notice, as per the cancellation section above.

Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, there will be no liability to you once notification is sent in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of the delivery of the goods in question. In such case, you may elect to have the supplier:

• make good any shortage or non-delivery
• replace any goods that are damaged or defective
• refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will have any liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement for any: (i) lost revenues, profits, savings or goodwill; or (ii) indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, in relation to the non-delivery or untimely delivery of goods or untimely address of the notification, other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Additional Terms of Agreement Terms

You will be required to adhere to all applicable regulations and legislation, including (if applicable) obtaining all necessary customs, export or other permits related to shipment of goods purchase on satykdesign.com. The exportation of certain of our goods may be prohibited by some national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of those export of the goods you have purchased.

Notwithstanding the details contained in this agreement, there may be other terms contained in the FAQ that have not been detailed herein and would be considered part of this contract.
