1. Shipping Location
Most products are shipped from China & US warehouses. All countries are allowed to order, but items to these named countries: China, USA, Canada, and Britain. Therefore, please check at the Checkout Page whether all items within your cart may be shipped to the address listed. If there is a need to ship directly to Jamaica, a Special delivery can be made, please contact us for further information via contact@satykdesign.com. Yes, we are aiming to have a delivery outlet in Jamaica soon.
Shipment to a China address is usually free, shipment to US may require a shipment cost. Shipment to all other areas will require a fee. Information on shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.
2. Shipping Guarantee
We provide a shipping guarantee for our users. If we miss the delivery date (usually 20-40 days), then a full refund is offered. It will be counted from the date that the package leaves the respective warehouse (shipped). Refund will be applicable, if delivery:
- In normal circumstances, it is more than 20 days.
- In the busy season, it is more than 40 days, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.
- In unforeseen circumstances, such as epidemics etc, the date will be different. Please pay attention to our notification email and message.
Please note that:
- For orders shipped from China and USA, the item(s) will be refunded if the total shipping time is more than 20 days.
- For orders shipped to Canada, UK, and other countries, item(s) will be refunded if the total shipping time is more than 35 days.
- Orders that are delayed as a result of insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, this will not be grounds for a refund.
Terms and Conditions of Shipping Guarantee
Your order should meet the following conditions for a shipping guarantee refund:
- Your shipping option is the one displayed on the product page.
- Your products are eligible for delivery.
- The shipping address is correct.
- Delivery notes/instructions are clear
The guarantee refund does not apply if the following circumstances exist.
- We may not refund because of unforeseen circumstances, such as an epidemic, strike, natural disaster, war, etc.
- Delivery could not be made to the address provided
- Change of delivery instruction not provided before dispatch and items could not be delivered in time
Note
- Items delivered to Jamaica must be returned to Satyk Design Limited in keeping with the return policy. Send email to returncaribbean@satykdesign.com, following which instructions will be provided for the safe return of item. Refund will be process in accordance with the return policy.
3. Shipping Method
USPS, US Express and other couriers: United States
Yumen Express and other couriers: China, Canada and UK
Other countries (special orders) the shipping method will vary accordingly as per the retailer/warehouse. DHL and FedEx is usually the shipping modal.
4. Delivery Time
US, Canada, UK: Average delivery time is 15 – 25 days.
Other countries (special orders) the time may vary from 20 – 40 days (Items can be shipped through a US or China Shipping Agent for faster delivery)
Note: In busy season, there may be an additional 5 – 10 days delay.

You can check on the status and the expected time of delivery using the tracking details via your Account Page on the website.
Shipment Error Message

If the above error message appears on the Checkout page. You will need to separate the orders. There are a number of reasons for the message to appear, such as, not all items can be shipped to the location listed without a special request via email; or the order may have different shipping costs, etc.
Preferred shipment locations are: China, USA, Canada, UK. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
